Position Summary:
Citadel Security USA is hiring a full-time overnight officer to help cover residential and mixed-use properties in the Denver area. This role involves staying active throughout the shift, checking different areas, and keeping an eye on what’s happening across the property.
Some nights are steady and routine, while others may require you to step in and handle situations as they come up. Being able to stay alert and adjust when needed is important in this position.

Core Responsibilities:

• Walk buildings, common areas, and surrounding property during patrols
• Watch for safety issues, unusual activity, or unauthorized individuals
• Assist residents and visitors in a professional and respectful way
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the shift
• Respond to situations using good judgment and site guidelines
• Write clear daily reports and document any incidents
• Share updates or concerns with supervisors or site contacts

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong communication skills when interacting with others
• Basic report writing with attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow a set schedule

Preferred Experience:

• Previous security or related experience
• Background in customer service or working with the public
• Familiarity with patrol work and incident reporting

Work Environment:

• Mix of indoor and outdoor patrol duties
• Overnight hours that require steady attention
• Regular interaction with residents, guests, and staff
