Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Armed Security Officer to support public transit operations in Frisco, Colorado. This position focuses on maintaining safety across transit stations and bus routes through visible patrol, public engagement, and site security procedures.

This role is ideal for a professional, alert officer who is comfortable working independently in public-facing environments and understands the importance of consistent patrols and accurate reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

• Patrol public transit bus stops and transfer stations throughout the assigned route
• Ride transit buses between stations to maintain a visible security presence
• Help ensure public safety by addressing unauthorized activity, including prohibited camping on-site
• Secure buildings and facilities according to post orders
• Interact professionally with patrons, transit staff, and the public
• Observe, document, and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Complete detailed security reports and daily activity logs

Requirements

• Armed Security License preferred (must be able to obtain if not currently active)
• Ability to legally carry and use a firearm in accordance with state and local laws
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
• Strong situational awareness and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent day schedule
• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
