Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Armed Security Supervisor to support overnight operations for a 24/7 client assignment in Silverthorne. This role is responsible for directing on-site personnel, maintaining operational coverage, and ensuring that all assigned posts are functioning effectively throughout the shift.

The supervisor serves as the lead contact during overnight hours, handling issues in real time while keeping communication open with management and ensuring continuity across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for a client contract
• Supervise and support assigned security personnel during overnight shifts
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed and operating efficiently
• Maintain a visible leadership presence across the site
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements
• Monitor site activity and respond to incidents or operational issues
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Complete reports, logs, and documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate with management regarding site performance and concerns

Position Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must meet all Colorado requirements for armed security officers (including the ability to obtain any required licenses or certifications)
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts on a consistent schedule
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security
• Experience in armed security or critical infrastructure environments
• Ability to manage personnel and handle dynamic situations effectively

Work Environment

• Combination of supervisory duties, patrol responsibilities, and incident response
• May involve extended standing, walking, and working in varying conditions
