Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is currently adding a Full-Time SOC Operator to its Fort Collins operations center. This position supports ongoing security activity across multiple client locations by coordinating communication, monitoring systems, and assisting field personnel throughout the shift.

Working in this role means handling a steady flow of information, staying organized under pressure, and ensuring that updates and responses are handled efficiently. It’s a good fit for someone who can stay focused, juggle multiple tasks, and communicate clearly in a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV camera systems across multiple client sites and document activity accurately
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field officers and client communications
• Receive, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls based on urgency and operational needs
• Dispatch patrol officers and initiate alarm response protocols when necessary
• Maintain detailed logs, reports, and daily activity records using company systems
• Track patrol activity to ensure completion of assigned routes and stops
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, account managers, and field personnel
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of security systems and communication equipment
• Provide real-time operational support to field teams during active shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior security, dispatch, or operations center experience
• Experience with CCTV monitoring or alarm systems
• Basic technical troubleshooting experience
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
