Citadel Security USA is currently hiring a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to support field operations by monitoring security activity, assisting officers in the field, and coordinating communication during incidents.

This position is based in a Security Operations Center environment and plays an important role in maintaining situational awareness across active assignments.

Job Responsibilities

Operations Monitoring

• Monitor officer activity using company systems to confirm attendance and site coverage
• Track scheduled patrol tours and follow up when tours are delayed or incomplete
• Review reports submitted by field officers for accuracy and completeness

Communication & Dispatch Support

• Answer incoming calls from security officers, clients, and the public
• Provide operational support to field personnel during incidents or service requests
• Escalate urgent situations to supervisors or management when necessary

Incident Coordination

• Monitor alerts and notifications from field operations systems
• Communicate important updates to management and field personnel
• Maintain clear communication during active incidents or operational concerns

Documentation

• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident records
• Ensure operational tickets and reports are documented properly
• Follow company procedures for reporting and recordkeeping

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security operations, dispatch, or monitoring centers preferred
• Ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple tasks
• Experience with monitoring platforms, reporting tools, or dispatch systems is a plus

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working in a monitoring and communications environment
