Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer for a commercial property that includes an active construction area in Denver. This role supports daily site operations by helping maintain a controlled and safe environment during business hours.

Officers in this position will move throughout the property, monitor access points, and stay aware of ongoing activity. The role is a strong fit for someone who is reliable, observant, and comfortable working around both staff and construction crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the building, perimeter, and construction zones
• Monitor entry points and confirm authorized access to the property
• Watch for safety concerns, hazards, or unusual behavior on-site
• Respond to incidents following site procedures and company guidelines
• Document daily activity and complete incident reports accurately
• Share updates with supervisors and on-site contacts as needed
• Maintain a professional presence and follow all assigned post instructions

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass required background screening per state guidelines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Ability to stay focused and work independently during the shift

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in security or construction site environments
• Familiarity with report writing and basic documentation practices
