Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time SOC Operator for its Fort Collins operations center. This role supports multiple client locations by monitoring systems, coordinating communication, and assisting field staff throughout the shift.
The position involves handling incoming information, keeping track of ongoing activity, and making sure the right steps are taken at the right time. It’s best suited for someone who can stay organized, think clearly under pressure, and communicate effectively with both field teams and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live camera feeds across several client locations and log activity as needed
• Act as a central point of contact for officers in the field and client inquiries
• Answer incoming calls, assess priority, and respond based on urgency
• Dispatch patrol units and follow established alarm response procedures
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and daily activity records in company systems
• Track patrol progress to confirm routes and assignments are completed
• Communicate updates with supervisors, account managers, and field personnel
• Assist with basic troubleshooting for systems or communication equipment
• Provide real-time support to field teams during active situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security operations center, dispatch, or similar role
• Familiarity with CCTV systems or alarm monitoring platforms
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
