Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring an Operations Manager to help coordinate and guide security services across several locations. This role is centered around keeping day-to-day operations organized, supporting teams in the field, and making sure each site is running as expected.
You’ll be working directly with officers, supervisors, and clients, so the ability to communicate clearly and adjust to shifting priorities is important. The position suits someone who is comfortable handling both people and operational details without losing track of the bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activity across multiple client locations and facilities
- Schedule, guide, and support officers and site supervisors
- Put security procedures in place and ensure they are followed consistently
- Keep track of system performance, including cameras, alarms, and access control
- Review incidents, investigate when needed, and complete written reports
- Coordinate responses to emergencies or security-related situations
- Assess sites for risks and suggest practical improvements
- Make sure operations stay aligned with applicable regulations and requirements
- Maintain working relationships with clients, vendors, and local authorities
- Provide training, feedback, and ongoing support to security personnel
- Review operational data and share updates with leadership
Position Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lead teams and manage personnel effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple sites and shifting priorities
- Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in security leadership or operations role
- Familiarity with systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control
- Background in incident investigations and report writing
- Understanding of compliance standards and general security practices
Work Environment
- Mix of office work and time spent in the field
- Travel between client locations within the Front Range area
- Schedule may shift occasionally depending on operational needs
