Citadel Security USA is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Security Manager to oversee daily security operations at a critical infrastructure facility in Nederland, Colorado.

The Site Security Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of security operations, staffing, compliance, quality assurance, and workforce readiness at an assigned client site. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client, security personnel, and Citadel leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, contract compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management & Compliance

  • Manage daily security operations and ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Maintain staffing coverage and workforce readiness across all assigned posts.
  • Monitor employee licensing, certifications, guard cards, and qualification requirements.
  • Ensure personnel are assigned only to posts for which they are properly qualified.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Support implementation and enforcement of site post orders and security procedures.

Equipment & Asset Accountability

  • Issue, track, and document company-issued uniforms and equipment.
  • Maintain inventory and accountability records for radios, keys, access credentials, vests, and other operational assets.
  • Conduct periodic audits of uniforms and equipment.
  • Coordinate recovery of company property during employee separation or reassignment.

Client Relations & Quality Assurance

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for client representatives.
  • Support operational site visits and ongoing client engagement activities.
  • Review daily activity reports and incident reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Proactively address operational concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to manage schedules, personnel records, and operational documentation.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred

  • Experience managing security personnel at critical infrastructure, industrial, utility, government, or high-security facilities.
  • Knowledge of security operations, compliance requirements, and workforce scheduling.
  • Experience with TrackTik or other security workforce management platforms.
  • Security industry certifications or advanced training.
