Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is adding a Part-Time Armed Multi-Shift Officer to help cover a range of assignments throughout the Denver metro area. This role isn’t tied to just one site officers rotate where needed, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt are important.
You may find yourself working at different types of locations depending on coverage needs. Being able to step into a post, understand expectations quickly, and carry yourself professionally goes a long way in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide armed coverage across various client sites as scheduled
• Maintain a visible presence that supports safety and site expectations
• Perform foot patrols inside and outside of assigned properties
• Manage entry points and confirm proper authorization for access
• Observe surroundings and document any unusual activity or concerns
• Responding to incidents based on site procedures and post orders
• Complete daily logs and incident reports with clear details
• Communicate updates with dispatch, site contacts, and management

Schedule & Requirements

• No fixed schedule: shifts are assigned based on operational needs
• Work locations and environments may vary from shift to shift

Minimum Qualifications

• Must meet all state and local requirements for armed security work in Colorado
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card
• Legally authorized to carry a firearm while on duty
• Strong awareness, decision-making ability, and communication skills
• Able to remain composed and professional during stressful situations
• Must pass required background and drug screening
