Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Officer to cover overnight routes in and around Sheridan. This position involves traveling between multiple properties during a shift, including residential areas, retail locations, and construction sites.
The role is a good fit for someone who prefers working on their own, is confident behind the wheel, and can handle situations calmly without direct supervision. Staying alert, being consistent with patrols, and communicating clearly are all key parts of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete both scheduled and unscheduled vehicle patrols across assigned locations
• Conduct foot checks when needed to inspect buildings, perimeters, and entry points
• Respond to client calls related to disturbances, alarms, or general concerns
• Apply site rules and follow post instructions in a professional manner
• Watch for unusual activity, safety issues, or property damage and report findings
• Write clear and accurate reports covering incidents and daily activity
• Maintain a steady, visible presence to help discourage unauthorized behavior

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for patrol duties
• Driving record must meet company standards (MVR review)
• At least 2 years of experience in mobile patrol or similar security work
• Ability to work overnight hours across multiple locations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
• Professional appearance and conduct while on duty
