Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Part-Time Mobile Patrol Officer for weekend coverage at a Denver property. This assignment involves conducting vehicle patrols, checking designated areas throughout the site, and helping maintain a secure and professional environment.
This role works independently for much of the shift and is best suited for someone who stays organized, communicates effectively, and remains attentive while moving between different patrol points.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol & Site Monitoring

• Conduct scheduled vehicle patrols throughout assigned property areas
• Inspect parking lots, access gates, perimeter zones, and common areas
• Observe surroundings for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or property damage
• Maintain a visible patrol presence to help discourage unauthorized activity

Incident Response & Communication

• Respond appropriately to site concerns or unexpected situations
• Report incidents, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity to supervisors or dispatch
• Follow site instructions and post procedures during all patrol activities
• Stay in communication with management regarding operational updates when necessary

Documentation & Reporting

• Complete daily patrol logs and incident documentation accurately
• Record observations clearly using company reporting procedures
• Maintain organized records of patrol activity and site checks

Vehicle Operations

• Operate company patrol vehicles safely and responsibly
• Follow all traffic laws and company driving standards
• Monitor vehicle condition and report concerns when identified

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
• No major driving violations within the past 5 years
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card
• Strong awareness, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable attendance and professional work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in mobile patrol, security, or field-based positions
• Familiarity with incident reporting and routine documentation
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision

Work Environment

• Majority of shift spent operating a company vehicle
• Combination of driving patrols and brief outdoor inspections
• Independent work environment with periodic supervisor communication
• Weekend daytime schedule with changing site activity levels
