Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a full-time Event Security Supervisor to help manage security operations across a range of venues in the area. This is a hands-on role, working directly at events alongside security staff and event personnel.
You will be out in the field supporting your team, coordinating with venue contacts, and making real-time decisions to keep things running smoothly and safely.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and support security staff during live events
• Coordinate coverage with venue staff and event organizers
• Assign posts and shift personnel as crowd flow and needs change
• Lead pre-event briefings covering assignments and expectations
• Monitor performance and make sure procedures are followed
• Stay in regular contact with officers, supervisors, and event leads
• Adjust plans on the fly as situations develop
• Track staffing activity, incidents, and key details from each shift

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Must meet company standards for driving record
• Experience leading or organizing a team (any industry)
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Availability for nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Experience in event security, supervision, hospitality, or similar roles
• Familiarity with scheduling or reporting tools
