Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Armed Security Supervisor for an overnight assignment in Silverthorne. This role focuses on keeping operations steady during late hours by guiding on-site staff, checking that all posts are covered, and stepping in when issues come up.
You’ll be the main point of contact overnight, making sure communication stays consistent between the site and management. The position requires someone who can stay organized, make sound decisions, and keep things running without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee security coverage for the assigned client site during each shift
• Supervise officers on duty and provide direction as needed
• Confirm all posts are staffed and functioning as expected
• Maintain a consistent leadership presence throughout the property
• Apply company policies and site-specific procedures during operations
• Monitor activity across the site and respond to incidents when they arise
• Perform routine checks to ensure standards are being followed
• Complete required reports, logs, and documentation accurately
• Keep management informed of any issues, updates, or concerns

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must meet Colorado standards for armed security roles, including required licensing
• Ability to work scheduled overnight 12-hour shifts consistently
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams in a security setting
• Background in armed security or similar high-responsibility roles
• Ability to manage personnel and respond effectively in changing situations

Work Environment

• Mix of supervisory oversight, patrol activity, and incident handling
• May require extended periods of standing, walking, and working in different conditions
