Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is currently seeking a dependable and flexible Armed Multi-Shift Security Officer to provide coverage across several client locations in the Denver metro area. This position is suited for individuals who are comfortable working in different environments and can adjust to varying assignments based on operational needs.

This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to adapt quickly, and confidence in handling a range of security situations while always maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide armed security coverage at multiple client locations
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols
• Control access points and verify authorization
• Observe, report, and document suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with post orders
• Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, site personnel, and management

Schedule & Requirements

• No set schedule due to coverage needs
• Assignments may vary by location and security setting

Minimum Qualifications

• Must meet all Colorado and local requirements to work as an Armed Security Officer
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card
• Ability to legally carry an approved firearm while on duty
• Strong judgment, situational awareness, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening in accordance with state and local law
