Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is looking for a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to support a busy retail grocery location in Glenwood Springs. This is a daytime weekend role focused on keeping the store environment safe, organized, and comfortable for both customers and employees.
The position involves staying active on the floor, keeping an eye on daily activity, and being available to assist when situations come up. It’s a solid fit for someone who is attentive, approachable, and comfortable working around the public.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady, visible presence throughout the store and surrounding areas
• Walk the sales floor, entrances, and exterior spaces to monitor activity
• Help support a safe environment for customers and staff
• Work with store management on any security-related concerns
• Observe situations and document incidents clearly and accurately
• Follow all site instructions along with company procedures

Qualifications

• Unarmed Guard Card preferred or ability to obtain one
• Must be available for a consistent Friday through Sunday daytime schedule
• Strong observation skills and clear communication ability
• Comfortable with both indoor and outdoor duties, including changing weather conditions
