Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a dependable Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer for an overnight assignment in Owensboro. This position is focused on monitoring facility access, supporting truck gate operations, and maintaining awareness of activity throughout the property during weekend overnight hours.
This role is ideal for someone who remains attentive during quiet shifts, communicates professionally, and can manage routine responsibilities with consistency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and observe site activity throughout the shift
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct personnel or department
• Observe employee entry and exit activity at designated access points
• Assist with truck gate operations and direct drivers to approved locations
• Verify authorized access and maintain accurate visitor or vehicle information
• Report unusual activity, safety concerns, or operational issues to supervisors
• Complete daily activity logs and incident documentation clearly and accurately
• Follow post instructions, client procedures, and company policies at all times

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts
• Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in gate security, dispatch, or access control
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and report documentation
• Experience working in industrial, warehouse, or logistics environments

Work Environment

• Indoor security position with ongoing monitoring responsibilities
