Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Event Supervisor to help manage and support event operations across the region. This role involves moving between venues, guiding on-site teams, and working closely with leadership to keep events running as planned.
It’s a hands-on position that requires someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and adjust quickly when things don’t go exactly as expected. Each event can bring a different pace or setup, so flexibility is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee event-day operations and support assigned security staff
• Work directly with the Event Director and leadership team during events
• Assign roles and positions based on staffing plans and event needs
• Lead pre-event briefings to review safety expectations and assignments
• Ensure team members follow company standards and event guidelines
• Keep communication clear between staff, leadership, and event partners
• Adjust staffing or approach as conditions change during events
• Use reporting tools and systems for scheduling, updates, and documentation

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record that meets company standards (MVR review)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct teams effectively
• Good communication and organizational ability
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Experience in event operations, security supervision, or hospitality settings
• Comfortable learning and working with new software or reporting tools

Work Environment

• Event-based work across indoor and outdoor venues
• Regular travel throughout the Central Mountain and Western Slope areas
• Fast-paced setting where priorities may shift throughout the day
