Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Armed Field Service Manager to oversee security operations across multiple client locations in the Denver area. This leadership role combines operational oversight, field supervision, client communication, and quality assurance responsibilities while supporting both swing and overnight operations.
The Field Service Manager will work closely with supervisors, officers, and clients to maintain service standards, support staffing needs, and ensure all assigned locations operate in accordance with post orders, contractual obligations, and company expectations. This position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with assigned clients and site contacts
- Address escalated service concerns and operational issues in a timely manner
- Support contract compliance and ensure service expectations are consistently met
- Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, and follow-up discussions
Operational Oversight
- Supervise Field Supervisors and security personnel across multiple locations
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, attendance, and incident response activity
- Verify compliance with post orders, company procedures, and client requirements
- Assist with emergency response coordination and operational coverage when needed
- Utilize TrackTik and related systems for scheduling, patrol tracking, and reporting
Workforce Leadership & Development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and placement of security personnel
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to officers and supervisors
- Assist with ongoing training and compliance requirements
- Address performance concerns and document corrective actions when necessary
- Maintain professional communication with all internal teams and field personnel
Compliance & Administrative Duties
- Conduct compliance reviews, inspections, and operational audits
- Ensure incident reports and daily activity logs are completed accurately
- Monitor payroll submissions, overtime usage, and scheduling accuracy
- Maintain uniform and operational supply accountability
- Track operational concerns and escalate risks or deficiencies appropriately
- Assist with maintaining safety standards and reporting requirements
Financial & Operational Support
- Help manage labor efficiency, vacant shifts, and overtime control
- Review operational performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Support district leadership with reporting and operational updates
- Assist with budget awareness and approved operational expenditures
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Guard Card required
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history
- Personal firearm required in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, operations, or management roles
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work swing and overnight schedules across multiple sites
- Ability to respond to operational issues outside normal business hours when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-site security operations
- Background in contract security, field supervision, or operations management
- Familiarity with TrackTik or similar workforce management platforms
- Knowledge of SLA compliance, post order management, and quality assurance processes
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Criminal Justice, Management, or related field preferred
- Industry certifications or professional credentials are a plus
Work Environment
- Combination of field-based and administrative responsibilities
- Frequent travel between assigned client locations

- Extended standing, walking, driving, and site inspections may be required
- Fast-paced operational setting requiring adaptability and professional judgment
