Position Summary:
Citadel Security USA is hiring a part-time armed flex officer to help cover shifts across multiple locations in the Denver metro area. This is not a single-site assignment, your schedule and work locations will change based on where coverage is needed.
This role works best for someone who can step into different environments, pick up site expectations quickly, and stay consistent from one assignment to the next.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security coverage at various sites as scheduled
• Maintain a visible presence to support safety and deter unwanted activity
• Perform foot patrols in both indoor and outdoor areas
• Monitor entry points and confirm authorized access
• Watch for unusual activity and report concerns as they arise
• Respond to incidents using site procedures and post orders
• Complete daily logs and detailed incident reports
• Communicate updates with dispatch, supervisors, and site contacts

Schedule & Work Conditions:

• No fixed schedule—shifts are assigned based on operational needs
• Work locations and environments may vary from shift to shift

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must meet Colorado requirements for armed security work
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card
• Legally able to carry a firearm while on duty
• Strong awareness and ability to make sound decisions
• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
