Salary: Basic plus performance-based bonus (KPI & growth driven)

Citadel Security USA is looking for an experienced District Manager to lead and oversee security operations across multiple client locations in the Denver metro area. This is a senior leadership role responsible for operational excellence, personnel management, client relationships, and compliance across the district.

The ideal candidate is a proven operations leader with strong people management skills, a solid understanding of contract security, and the ability to balance client satisfaction with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple sites within the district
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local/state regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement post orders, emergency procedures, and security protocols

Personnel Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise site supervisors and security officers
  • Manage staffing levels to ensure proper coverage and cost efficiency
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action when necessary
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and safety

Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Address client concerns, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner
  • Participate in client meetings and deliver operational and performance reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit reports related to incidents, staffing, budgets, and compliance
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, timekeeping, and scheduling oversight
  • Monitor budgets and control labor costs within the district
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all licensing, training, and certification requirements are met
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and policy violations
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
  • Enforce safety standards and loss prevention measures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in security operations or security management
  • Prior experience managing multiple sites or teams
  • Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and emergency response
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in contract security or large-scale security operations
  • Experience with scheduling, reporting, and operational management software
