Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Patrol Officer to cover overnight shifts at multiple residential communities in the Denver area. The position involves traveling between properties, checking common areas, and helping maintain a safe and orderly environment for residents and staff.
This role is a good match for someone who can stay focused during long shifts, work independently without constant direction, and handle routine responsibilities with consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive between assigned locations to complete scheduled patrol checks
• Walk properties to inspect hallways, parking areas, and shared spaces
• Respond to alarms, service requests, and on-site concerns
• Watch for unusual behavior, safety issues, or rule violations
• Complete activity logs and incident reports with clear and accurate details
• Communicate updates with supervisors and property representatives
• Always follow company guidelines and site-specific instructions

Minimum Qualifications

• Colorado Guard Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work overnight shifts as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of patrol or driving-based security experience
• 3+ years working in security roles
• Familiarity with reporting systems such as SilverTrac, Belfry, or TrackTik
• Experience with vehicle tracking tools like Samsara
