Position Summary

Citadel Security USA is seeking an experienced Armed Patrol Operations Supervisor to lead overnight patrol operations across multiple service districts in the Denver area. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating patrol coverage, supervising field personnel, reviewing operational performance, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is an organized leader who can manage multiple priorities, support patrol officers in the field, and maintain high operational standards while working closely with management and client representatives.


Key Responsibilities

Patrol Operations

  • Supervise armed patrol officers assigned throughout multiple districts.
  • Coordinate nightly patrol assignments to maintain complete coverage.
  • Monitor field activity and adjust staffing based on operational needs.
  • Ensure patrol routes are completed according to post orders and client requirements.
  • Respond to operational issues and provide field support when necessary.

Team Leadership

  • Provide direction, coaching, and performance oversight for patrol personnel.
  • Conduct routine inspections to verify quality of service and policy compliance.
  • Address performance concerns and document corrective actions when appropriate.
  • Support employee development through training, mentoring, and operational guidance.
  • Promote a professional, accountable, and safety-focused work environment.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Review patrol reports, activity logs, and electronic reporting for accuracy and completeness.
  • Audit patrol rounds to verify required inspections have been completed.
  • Identify reporting discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to incidents, officer performance, and operational activities.
  • Prepare operational summaries for management as requested.

Client & Operational Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for client operational concerns during assigned shifts.
  • Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs, service requests, and operational priorities.
  • Ensure client instructions and site-specific procedures are communicated to patrol personnel.
  • Assist with resolving field issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to legally work in the United States.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations.
  • Professional report-writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple field operations.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in private security, patrol operations, military, or law enforcement.
  • Experience coordinating multi-site security operations.
  • Familiarity with electronic reporting and workforce management platforms such as TrackTik or similar systems.
  • Experience conducting report reviews, operational audits, and quality assurance inspections.
  • Strong conflict resolution and employee coaching abilities.
