Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee security services. This position focuses on coordinating daily operations, supporting field personnel, and ensuring service standards are consistently met across assigned locations.
The role involves working closely with officers, supervisors, and clients while keeping operations aligned with company expectations and applicable regulations. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to changing operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple facilities and client sites
- Supervise, schedule, and support security officers and site supervisors
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Monitor and evaluate security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control
- Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate emergency response procedures for security-related incidents
- Perform risk and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and law enforcement agencies
- Train, mentor, and support security personnel to ensure performance standards
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for leadership review
Position Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in security operations management or a similar leadership role
- Familiarity with security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Experience conducting investigations and writing detailed reports
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
Work Environment
- Combination of office-based and field operations
- Regular travel between client sites within the Front Range region
- May require occasional flexibility based on operational needs
