About the Role
Citadel Security USA is currently hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Multi-Shift Officer to support multiple hospitality and commercial sites within the assigned area. This is not a fixed-post role and assignments will vary depending on coverage needs.
This position is designed for individuals who can step into different environments, follow site-specific instructions, and maintain a consistent, professional approach regardless of location.
 

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide unarmed security coverage at a variety of assigned locations
• Adapt quickly to different post orders, property layouts, and expectations
• Perform foot patrols and monitor activity within assigned areas
• Maintain a visible presence to support safety and discourage unwanted behavior
• Observe surroundings and report any unusual activity or safety concerns
• Respond to incidents in accordance with site procedures
• Communicate with supervisors, dispatch, and on-site contacts as needed
• Complete daily reports and document incidents clearly and accurately
   

What You Will Need

• Ability to obtain a Denver Guard Card
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work different sites and adapt to changing assignments
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight weekday shifts
• Ability to stay alert and make sound decisions independently
   

Helpful Experience

• Previous work in security, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Experience handling multiple assignments or working in a flex position
• Familiarity with basic reporting and patrol responsibilities
   

Work Conditions

• Assignments may vary between indoor and outdoor environments
• Standing, walking, and occasional extended periods of activity required
• Work locations and responsibilities may change from shift to shift
• Overnight schedule with a focus on consistency and adaptability
