Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is bringing on a Field Training Officer to support overnight operations across the Denver area.
This is a hands-on role. You would not be sitting in an office you will be out visiting sites, working with officers directly, and helping them get comfortable with their assignments. The focus is on making sure people understand what is expected and can actually carry it out in the field.
If you are someone who prefers leading from the front and giving straightforward, practical feedback, this is a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with new hires and current officers on day-to-day responsibilities
• Go over post orders and expectations during live shifts
• Stop by assigned sites to check performance and overall conditions
• Give real-time coaching where it’s needed
• Spot gaps in training and flag them for follow-up
• Help with onboarding and getting new officers up to speed
• Keep supervisors in the loop on progress, concerns, and site performance

Required Qualifications

• Active Guard Card
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to work overnight shifts on a consistent schedule
• Strong communication skills and a practical approach to training
• Prior security experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Training, leadership, or supervisory background
• Armed certification or prior armed work
• Experience with report writing and standard procedures
