Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is looking to add an Armed Security Officer to support a commercial property in Dillon. This daytime role focuses on maintaining a steady security presence while helping ensure a safe and organized environment for tenants, staff, and visitors.
The position involves routine patrol activity, general site monitoring, and addressing situations as they arise. It is best suited for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable interacting with people throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled patrols throughout the building and exterior areas
• Keep a consistent presence to discourage unauthorized activity
• Observe daily operations and report safety concerns when identified
• Respond to on-site issues following established procedures
• Interact professionally with tenants, employees, and guests
• Complete daily logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details
• Follow post orders and site-specific instructions at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Must possess a personal firearm and carry in compliance with state laws and company policy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to travel to Grand Junction for initial onboarding/training
• Ability to stay alert and maintain professionalism throughout the shift
• Strong communication skills and basic report-writing ability

Preferred Experience

• Previous armed security experience
• Background in commercial property security or customer-facing roles

• Commercial office or business setting
• Combination of walking, standing, and periodic patrols
• Daytime weekday schedule with consistent hours
