Position Summary:
Citadel Security USA is hiring for an overnight position covering a retail and commercial property in the Denver area. This is a night shift role where things may slow down at times, but staying aware of your surroundings is still a big part of the job.

You will be moving through the property during your shift, checking different areas and making sure everything stays in order. Most nights follow a routine, but you should be ready to handle situations if something comes up.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Walk the property, including storefronts and common areas, during scheduled patrols
• Keep an eye out for safety concerns, unusual activity, or unauthorized access
• Assist tenants, employees, or visitors when needed in a professional manner
• Respond to incidents and follow site instructions when taking action
• Maintain a visible presence to help discourage theft or damage
• Write clear reports covering daily activity and any incidents
• Share updates or concerns with supervisors or site contacts

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Active Guard Card
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to stay alert during overnight hours
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Experience:

• Previous security experience (around 2 years or more)
• Background in retail or other customer-facing environments
• Familiarity with patrol work and report writing

Work Conditions:

• A mix of indoor and outdoor duties depending on the area
• Regular walking throughout the shift
• Interaction with tenants, staff, and occasional visitors
• Overnight hours that require steady focus
