Pay: $80,000 annually + up to 20% performance-based bonus 


Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple client sites in the Northfield area. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can balance time between field support and administrative oversight. The District Manager plays a key part in keeping operations on track, supporting site leadership, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Success in this position comes from being organized, responsive, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-moving environment.



Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day activity across several assigned locations
  • Ensure all sites follow company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct site visits to review performance, identify risks, and address concerns
  • Establish and maintain post orders, emergency plans, and operational procedures

Personnel Management

  • Lead hiring efforts, onboarding, and training for supervisors and officers
  • Build schedules that maintain coverage while managing labor costs
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed
  • Encourage a professional, accountable, and safety-focused work environment

Client Relations

  • Act as the main contact for clients within the assigned district
  • Respond to concerns, service requests, and incidents in a timely manner
  • Attend meetings and provide updates on site performance and operations
  • Look for ways to strengthen service quality and overall client satisfaction

Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare and review reports related to incidents, staffing, and operations
  • Monitor timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and scheduling processes
  • Track budgets and help control district-level expenses
  • Maintain organized and accurate records across all assigned sites

Risk & Compliance

  • Confirm all staff meet licensing, certification, and training requirements
  • Review and investigate incidents, complaints, or policy violations
  • Work with local authorities or emergency services when situations require
  • Reinforce safety procedures and loss prevention practices

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience in security operations, supervision, or management
  • Experience overseeing multiple locations, teams, or contracts
  • Working knowledge of security procedures, risk mitigation, and emergency response
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in contract security or multi-site operations
  • Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar credentials
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, reporting systems, or workforce platforms
  • Experience with compliance reviews, audits, or operational planning
