Position Summary

Citadel Security USA is hiring an Armed Security Officer for overnight coverage at a site near Dillon. The role focuses on access control, monitoring activity, and keeping a steady presence during late-night hours.
Most of the shift is independent. At times things may be quiet, but staying alert and ready to respond is part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic
• Check credentials before allowing entry onto the property
• Turn away unauthorized individuals and document the interaction
• Maintain a visible, professional presence on-site
• Complete daily logs and incident reports with clear details
• Follow post orders and site-specific instructions
• Handle situations calmly and according to guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Around 2+ years of armed security experience
• Able to carry a firearm in line with state laws and company policy
• Strong attention to detail, especially with observation and reporting
• Comfortable working overnight and staying alert for long shifts
