Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations for multiple client accounts throughout the Denver area. This position combines office coordination with regular field support and is ideal for someone who can manage personnel, maintain organization across several locations, and respond effectively to operational challenges.
The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting site teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring communication remains consistent between clients, officers, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple assigned client sites
• Coordinate staffing plans and adjust schedules to maintain proper coverage
• Support field supervisors and security officers with operational needs
• Conduct routine site visits to review performance, attendance, and site conditions
• Address service concerns, staffing gaps, or operational issues in a timely manner
• Review incident reports and confirm appropriate follow-up actions are completed
• Maintain communication with clients regarding site expectations and service updates
• Ensure officers are following post orders, company procedures, and client guidelines
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support for field personnel
• Monitor operational activity and provide updates to management as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or operations management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing operational demands
• Professional decision-making skills and strong organizational ability
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security management or field operations
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, reporting platforms, or workforce management tools
• Experience handling client communication and employee performance matters
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, or general security procedures
• Background in multi-site operations or service-based industries
