Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to provide mobile patrol coverage for construction sites in the Fort Morgan area. The role focuses on checking multiple locations throughout the shift and helping keep equipment, materials, and property secure.

This position works well for someone who prefers independent work, can stay organized while moving between sites, and remains alert during longer daytime shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled patrols across assigned construction locations
• Travel between sites using a company or approved vehicle
• Check for unauthorized access, safety concerns, or site damage
• Observe surroundings and report any unusual activity
• Maintain accurate patrol logs and incident documentation
• Communicate important updates to supervisors or dispatch
• Follow site-specific instructions and company guidelines at all times

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely during patrol duties
• Dependable attendance and ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts
• Comfortable working independently for extended periods
• Basic communication and report-writing skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in security, patrol, or similar roles
• Familiarity with construction site operations or environments

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction sites with travel between multiple locations
• Combination of driving and brief on-site inspections
• Daytime weekend schedule requiring consistent focus
