Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Armed Patrol Supervisor to coordinate overnight patrol coverage throughout multiple service areas in Denver. This leadership-focused position supports field operations by assisting patrol personnel, monitoring shift activity, and helping ensure operational expectations are met across assigned locations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable making real-time decisions in a fast-moving environment. This role combines field supervision, operational support, and routine administrative responsibilities during overnight hours.

Primary Duties

• Lead and support overnight patrol officers assigned throughout designated districts
• Verify patrol assignments are completed according to operational requirements
• Monitor shift activity and review patrol documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Perform field inspections and spot checks at assigned locations
• Assist with schedule coordination and coverage adjustments when operational needs change
• Respond to field-related issues, incidents, or officer concerns during the shift
• Maintain communication with management, patrol personnel, and site contacts
• Document incidents, staffing updates, and operational concerns in a timely manner
• Support enforcement of company procedures, site instructions, and patrol standards
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and consistent field performance

Basic Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card with firearm endorsement
• Previous experience in patrol, security, or team leadership roles
• Strong verbal communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain productive and attentive during overnight 12-hour shifts
• Reliable attendance and professional conduct required

Preferred Background

• Prior supervisory experience within security or patrol operations
• Experience overseeing officers across multiple sites or service areas
• Familiarity with reviewing reports, coordinating schedules, or conducting field inspections
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
