Citadel Security USA is seeking a dependable Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to provide weekend security coverage at a commercial property in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a secure environment while delivering professional service to employees, visitors, and client representatives.

The officer assigned to this location will perform routine patrols, monitor property activity, respond to security concerns, and document observations throughout each shift. This role requires excellent situational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while following established site procedures.

• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

Security Patrols

• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, and surrounding property.
• Inspect entrances, exits, gates, and other designated areas to help maintain site security.
• Maintain a visible presence to discourage unauthorized activity and policy violations.
• Observe property conditions and report safety concerns or maintenance issues.

Property Protection

• Help safeguard client property, equipment, and other assets.
• Monitor activity throughout the facility for suspicious behavior or unusual conditions.
• Identify potential security risks and notify supervisors promptly.
• Support a safe and orderly environment for employees, visitors, and authorized contractors.

Incident Response

• Respond appropriately to security-related incidents, alarms, or emergency situations.
• Follow company procedures and client post orders during all responses.
• Contact supervisors or emergency services when necessary.
• Preserve accurate information regarding incidents for documentation purposes.

Reporting & Documentation

• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports accurately and on time.
• Document patrol observations, operational concerns, and unusual events.
• Maintain detailed records using approved reporting methods.
• Communicate shift information clearly during officer transitions when applicable.

Professional Customer Service

• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Communicate professionally while enforcing site policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout each assignment.
• Represent Citadel Security USA with integrity and respect.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from the assigned location.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial security, patrol services, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience preparing incident reports and activity documentation.
• Familiarity with electronic reporting systems and mobile workforce applications.
