Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is looking to hire a full-time Event Supervisor to help manage event operations throughout the assigned area. This position requires traveling to multiple venues, guiding on-site teams, and supporting leadership to ensure events run efficiently from start to finish.

This role fits someone who can stay organized under pressure, lead teams confidently, and adjust quickly in live-event settings where conditions can shift throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site event operations and security staff
• Coordinate with the Event Director and management team
• Assign staff to designated roles based on event staffing plans
• Lead and participate in pre-event safety briefings and meetings
• Ensure all staff follow company policies and event procedures
• Maintain clear and effective communication throughout events
• Adapt quickly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize and learn required computer-based systems for reporting and coordination

Position Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel between event sites
• Ability to travel to multiple event locations across the region
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Previous experience in event operations, security supervision, or hospitality
• Ability to multitask and manage teams in high-energy environments
• Comfortable learning and using new software systems

Work Environment

• Event-based settings including outdoor and indoor venues
• Frequent travel within the Central Mountain / Western Slope region
• Fast-paced, dynamic work environment requiring adaptability and leadership
