Position Summary:
Citadel Security USA is hiring an Operations Manager to support multiple client locations throughout the Denver area. This role is responsible for keeping day-to-day activity running smoothly while supporting field teams and maintaining strong communication with clients.
You will be splitting time between administrative work and site visits, helping ensure each location is staffed properly and operating as expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across several assigned sites
• Build schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
• Provide direction and support to officers and site supervisors
• Maintain and reinforce site procedures and company standards
• Review incidents, follow up as needed, and complete reports
• Coordinate responses to on-site issues or emergencies
• Visit locations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Maintain working relationships with clients, vendors, and local contacts
• Train and support team members to meet expectations
• Track operational activity and provide updates to leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience leading or managing teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities at once
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in security operations or a leadership role
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, alarms, or access control
• Experience reviewing incidents and writing reports
• General understanding of compliance and security procedures

Work Environment:

• Mix of office work and time spent in the field
• Travel between sites within the Front Range area
• Schedule may shift slightly depending on operational needs
