Position Summary

Citadel Security USA is looking for a reliable Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer to provide weekend coverage at an assigned location in Earth City. This position focuses on routine patrol activity, securing designated access points, monitoring surrounding areas, and identifying conditions that may require attention.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, observant, and comfortable working independently while maintaining consistent communication and accurate documentation.
 

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled patrols throughout assigned areas by vehicle and on foot.
• Conduct routine checks of entrances, doors, gates, and other designated access points.
• Monitor parking areas and exterior surroundings for unusual or potentially concerning activity.
• Maintain an active and professional security presence throughout the assigned shift.
• Look for safety concerns, property issues, unauthorized activity, or other conditions requiring attention.
• Respond professionally to onsite situations while remaining within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
• Record patrol activity, observations, and incidents accurately using TrackTik.
• Communicate relevant concerns or unusual activity to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all post orders, patrol procedures, company policies, and assignment-specific instructions.
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with employees, visitors, and other individuals.
• Complete assigned patrol rounds and required documentation within established timeframes.
   

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screening.
• Strong attendance and punctuality; being on time and ready to work at the scheduled start time is required.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle during assigned patrol duties.
• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while conducting patrols.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Unarmed Security License.
• Previous security, patrol, military, law enforcement, or related experience.
• Experience performing vehicle or foot patrols.
• Familiarity with electronic security reporting systems such as TrackTik.
• Experience documenting incidents, unusual activity, safety concerns, or access issues.
