Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is adding a part-time Flex Patrol Officer to help cover shifts across several sites in the Fort Collins area. This is not a set schedule role hour will depend on coverage needs week to week.
If you are someone who does not mind a changing routine, can stay on track without constant supervision, and is comfortable moving between different locations, this could be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive patrol routes and check on assigned properties
• Complete indoor and outdoor walkthroughs depending on the site
• Keep an eye out for anything unusual safety issues, trespassing, or property concerns
• Stay visible while on duty to help deter problems
• Write up daily activity notes and any incident reports
• Use company apps or systems to log activity
• Check in with supervisors or dispatch as needed
• Follow site-specific instructions along with company policies

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely operate a patrol vehicle
• Basic comfort using a phone or computer for reporting
• Clear communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible, sometimes last-minute schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security, patrol, or related experience
• Ability to stay productive without direct oversight
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
