Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is currently hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer for overnight mobile patrol coverage at construction sites in the Fort Morgan area. This role involves traveling between assigned locations, checking site conditions, and helping ensure materials and equipment remain secure after hours.

This position is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working independently, can stay organized while covering multiple stops, and remains attentive during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete patrol routes across designated construction sites
• Travel between locations using a company or approved vehicle
• Check for unauthorized access, safety issues, or property damage
• Observe site conditions and report any unusual activity
• Maintain clear and accurate patrol logs and incident reports
• Stay in contact with supervisors or dispatch for updates or concerns
• Follow all post instructions and company procedures during each shift

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely during patrol assignments
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight weekend shifts
• Comfortable working independently for extended periods
• Basic communication and report-writing skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in security, patrol, or similar roles
• Familiarity with construction site settings

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction sites with travel between multiple locations
• Combination of driving and short site inspections
• Overnight weekend hours requiring consistent focus and awareness
