Job Title: Armed Security Officer

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Citadel Security USA is hiring a dependable and professional Armed Security Officer for a full-time evening post in Denver, Colorado. This assignment requires a strong, visible security presence and consistent patrols in a high-activity environment. The ideal candidate is alert, confident, and able to follow post orders while maintaining professionalism.

This role is well-suited for officers who understand the importance of deterrence, situational awareness, and clear communication in challenging security environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional armed security presence throughout the assigned site
• Monitor activity and deter unauthorized behavior through consistent patrols and observation
• Identify, report, and appropriately respond to suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Enforce site rules and access control procedures in accordance with post orders
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch, and emergency services when required
• Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
• Follow all company policies, post instructions, and legal requirements

Qualifications

• Denver Guard Card preferred, or the ability to obtain one
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Firearm Endorsement
• Prior armed security experience preferred
• Ability to remain professional and alert during evening and overnight hours
