Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Overnight Armed Security Officer in Dillon, CO. This position is ideal for an experienced armed security officer who performs well in low-traffic, high-responsibility environments and can maintain strong situational awareness throughout a 12-hour overnight shift. Officers in this role support public safety and provide consistent reporting during night operations.

Armed Security Officer Responsibilities
• Monitor and screen vehicles approaching the site during overnight hours
• Accurately document and report all redirected vehicles
• Maintain vigilance in a low-light, low-activity environment
• Follow post orders, site protocols, and safety procedures

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of armed security experience
• Ability to lawfully posses and carry a firearm in compliance with federal, state, and site regulations
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Ability to maintain alertness and professionalism through extended overnight shifts
