Salary: $70,000 annually + up to 20% performance-based bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Position Summary:
Citadel Security USA is hiring a District Manager to oversee multiple client sites in the Fort Collins area. This role includes a mix of time in the field and office work, with a focus on keeping operations running smoothly and making sure expectations are met across the board.
You will be working with site supervisors, officers, and clients on a regular basis. The position involves problem-solving, staying organized, and making sure both staff and clients are supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

• Oversee day-to-day activity across assigned locations
• Check in on sites regularly to review performance and address concerns
• Make sure post orders and procedures are followed and kept up to date
• Step in to resolve operational issues as they come up

Team oversight

• Hire, onboard, and support supervisors and security staff
• Build and manage schedules to keep all sites properly covered
• Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action when needed
• Set expectations around professionalism and accountability

Client communication

• Act as the main contact for assigned accounts
• Address concerns and follow up on service-related issues
• Attend meetings and provide updates on site performance
• Look for ways to improve service and strengthen relationships

Administrative work

• Review reports related to staffing, operations, and compliance
• Check timekeeping and scheduling for accuracy
• Track basic expenses and assist with budget awareness
• Keep records organized and up to date

Compliance and safety

• Confirm staff meet licensing and training requirements
• Review incidents and handle follow-up as needed
• Work with emergency services when situations require it
• Reinforce safety practices across all sites

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college background is a plus)
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations or a similar role
• Experience managing teams or multiple locations
• Understanding of basic security procedures and response protocols
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in contract security or multi-site operations
• Industry certifications (CPP, PSP, or similar)
• Familiarity with scheduling tools or reporting systems

Work Environment:

• Combination of office work and regular site visits
• Travel between locations within the assigned area
• Work that requires prioritizing tasks and making decisions throughout the day
