Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is currently hiring a Full-Time Mobile Patrol Officer for a commercial property assignment in the Earth City area. This role involves conducting routine patrols, monitoring property conditions, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment during evening operations.
This position is best suited for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working independently throughout the shift. Officers should be able to stay focused, follow site procedures, and communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and visitors when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols throughout the assigned property
• Check doors, gates, and access points to confirm they are secure
• Monitor parking lots, exterior areas, and common spaces for unusual activity
• Identify and report safety concerns, suspicious behavior, or property damage
• Respond appropriately to onsite incidents and follow company procedures
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation in TrackTik
• Maintain a professional and visible presence while on duty
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and site contacts regarding incidents or concerns
• Operate patrol vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to work evening shifts consistently and arrive on time
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Reliable communication and professional conduct
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous mobile patrol or security experience preferred
• Unarmed security license preferred
• Familiarity with electronic reporting systems such as TrackTik is a plus
• Experience working at commercial or industrial properties is beneficial

Work Environment

• Combination of vehicle patrol and walking patrol duties
• Outdoor and indoor responsibilities depending on assignment needs
• Evening schedule requiring steady awareness and consistent patrol activity
• May involve extended periods of driving, standing, or walking
