Pay: $80,000 annually + up to 20% performance-based bonus (based on KPIs and growth)


Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is seeking a District Manager to direct operations across several client locations in the Northfield area. This role is responsible for keeping sites running efficiently, supporting personnel in the field, and ensuring consistent service delivery that aligns with company expectations and regulatory guidelines.

The position calls for a leader who can stay engaged with daily field activity while also handling planning, reporting, and client communication to maintain strong working relationships and operational stability.


Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites within the district
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement post orders, emergency procedures, and security protocols

Personnel Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise supervisors and security officers
  • Manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage and cost efficiency
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and safety

Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Address client concerns, incidents, and service requests promptly
  • Participate in client meetings and provide operational updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare reports related to incidents, staffing, budgets, and compliance
  • Oversee payroll accuracy, timekeeping, and scheduling systems
  • Monitor budgets and manage labor costs within the district
  • Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all personnel meet licensing, training, and certification requirements
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and policy violations
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
  • Enforce safety standards and loss prevention practices

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in security operations or management
  • Experience managing multiple sites or teams
  • Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and emergency response
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in contract security or large-scale operations
  • Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar
  • Experience with scheduling, reporting, and workforce management software
  • Background in compliance, audits, or operational oversight
