Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multi-site security operations throughout the Northfield area of Denver. This full-time leadership position is responsible for supporting client accounts, supervising operational performance, and ensuring assigned locations remain properly staffed, compliant, and responsive to client expectations.
This role is suited for a professional who can balance field operations, team leadership, and client communication while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across multiple client locations within the assigned district
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate staffing levels, operational performance, and overall site conditions
• Ensure post orders, emergency procedures, and operational guidelines remain accurate and updated
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support supervisors and security personnel
• Develop staffing plans and schedules to maintain consistent site coverage
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective guidance when necessary
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned client accounts
• Address service concerns, follow up on incidents, and support issue resolution efforts
• Review reports, shift activity, and operational documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor payroll submissions, scheduling records, and attendance reporting
• Assist with operational budgeting awareness and expense oversight
• Verify all employees maintain current licensing, certifications, and required training
• Investigate workplace concerns, policy violations, and operational issues as needed
• Coordinate with emergency responders, property representatives, or outside agencies when required
• Participate in meetings and provide operational updates to leadership teams and clients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in security operations, supervision, or management
• Experience overseeing multiple teams, properties, or client accounts
• Knowledge of security operations, staffing coordination, and emergency response procedures
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in contract security management or multi-site operational leadership
• Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar credentials
• Experience using scheduling, reporting, payroll, or workforce management systems
• Familiarity with operational audits, compliance reviews, and workforce planning

Additional Information

• Eligible for a performance-based annual bonus of up to 20%
