Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer for overnight mobile patrol coverage at construction sites in the Fort Morgan area. This role involves driving between multiple locations, completing site checks, and helping ensure that materials and equipment remain secure during off-hours.

This opportunity is a good fit for someone who is dependable, able to manage their own time, and comfortable working independently throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out patrol routes across assigned construction sites
• Drive between locations using a company or approved vehicle
• Check for unauthorized access, property damage, or safety concerns
• Stay alert to surroundings and report unusual activity when observed
• Keep clear and accurate records of patrol activity and incidents
• Communicate with supervisors or dispatch regarding any issues
• Follow all post orders and company procedures during each shift

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely during patrol assignments
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight weekday shifts
• Comfortable working independently for extended periods
• Basic communication and report-writing skills

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in security, patrol, or similar roles
• Familiarity with construction site environments

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction sites with travel between multiple locations
• Mix of driving and short on-site inspections
• Overnight weekday schedule requiring steady attention
