Salary: $80,000 annually + up to 20% performance-based bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 

Position Summary:
Citadel Security USA is looking for a District Manager to oversee multiple client sites in the Northfield area. This role blends time in the field with office responsibilities, focusing on keeping operations running smoothly while supporting both staff and clients.
You will be responsible for managing people, maintaining standards, and making sure each location is operating the way it should.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across several assigned locations
• Visit sites regularly to check performance and address concerns
• Ensure all locations follow company policies and client expectations
• Update and maintain post orders, procedures, and emergency guidelines
• Hire, onboard, and support supervisors and security officers
• Build schedules and adjust staffing to maintain proper coverage
• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed
• Serve as the main contact for clients within your assigned area
• Responding to service concerns and follow up on incidents
• Participate in client meetings and provide operational updates
• Review reports, staffing activity, and overall site performance
• Monitor timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll accuracy
• Track expenses and assist with managing budgets
• Ensure all personnel meet licensing and training requirements
• Investigating incidents, complaints, and policy-related issues
• Coordinate with emergency services when situations require it

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in security, supervision, or management
• Experience overseeing multiple sites or teams
• Understanding of basic security operations and emergency response
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in contract security or multi-site operations
• Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar
• Familiarity with scheduling systems or reporting platforms
• Experience with audits, compliance reviews, or operational planning
